62 Frenchmans Road was a sustainable  Multi-Unit Housing: Commercial mixed use Development.  Where Brenchley Architects used the  principal of "The Breathing Apartment"  with  natural air flow using louvres, along with Landscaped roof and high performance glazing. Internally all timer came from sustainable  sources and  natural pain containing no VOC were used.
